Maroon 5 vocalist sue the producers of the Game

Felt his image portrayed incorrectly, Maroon 5 vocalist Adam Levine sued a manufacturer of computer games. As quoted from NME, Levine agreed that game ' Band Hero ' can include a single Maroon 5 entitled ' She Will Be Loved ' and even appeared to sing it so the company could catch her movements.
However, Levine who sang a Duet with Christina Aguilera in the song ' Moves Like Jagger ' feel the objection when it found the game allows the user to use the avatar himself to sing more than 60 other songs. Even avatar Levine also could sing in a wide variety of sounds, including the voice of women.
Levine revealed, if he know us this early on, he would not approve his voice used to sing songs that even he never recorded or sing. In the suit mentioned, other artists who participated in the games is paid higher than Levine.
He also accused the company of such games has been doing fraud, breach of contract, violation of rights of publicity, and unhealthy efforts.
